Watch a Mets Game with a Mets Legend

A little over one month from now — on July 15th — the Mets will be hosting the rival Phillies on a Friday night. That alone should be enough to consider heading out to Citi Field, but there is another twist: you can watch the game from the Delta Sky 360 luxury suite while shooting the breeze with Art Shamsky, Eddie Kranepool, and other former Mets.

Of course, it’s going to cost you more than the price of a regular ticket. But then again, that’s why it’s called a “luxury suite”. Further, it’s not every day you get to watch a ballgame with one of your former heroes.

And hey, if a former Met doesn’t interest you, I’ll add that yours truly will be there — so we can argue face to face instead of in the comments or on Twitter.

If you’re interested, visit MintPros for more information and to purchase tickets. No, I’m not getting a cut, nor am I being paid for this announcement. My friend Joe Quagliano put this together, and since he does many favors for me, the least I can do is send one his way. Hope to see you there.
