Blog Roundup: Under the Rockpile
This is the part where I usually sum up what’s been happening over the past couple of days, and what’s next on the agenda. I can’t really put into words the misery the Mets have been putting me through lately, but perhaps this will sum it up:
Onto the Blogs:
- Mets Police has the trailer for the new documentary, “Knuckleball,” starring our very own R.A. Dickey. On VOD September 18.
- Bleacher Report weighs the value of finishing at .500 versus getting a better draft pick.
- Rich Coutinho wonders if the Mets are just playing out the string.
- Adam Rubin profiles Mets’ 2012 sandwich pick and current Brooklyn Cyclones catcher, Kevin Plawecki.
- The Real Dirty wants Sandy Alderson to start working that Moneyball magic.
- NY Sports World makes the case for TRAIDING..er, I mean, trading David Wright.
Hope you enjoy today’s linkage. See you next time on Mets Today!
