Tonight’s Mets Lineup vs. Rockies

The Mets will send the following lineup to face Rockies righthander Jason Hammel.

Jose Reyes – SS
Daniel Murphy – 2B
David Wright – 3B
Carlos Beltran – RF
Ike Davis – 1B
Jason Bay – LF
Ronny Paulino – C
Jason Pridie – CF
Mike Pelfrey – P

Interesting to see Paulino catching with the righty on the mound.

    Re: Paulino, I think it probably has something to do with the apparent communication problems Pelfrey has been having with Thole. Pelfrey pitched better with Paulino in his last start.

    I would be happy to see Paulino catch 4 or 5 in a row. Let Thole clear his mind a bit, then return him to the #1 cathing spot. But, yeah, I’m sure it is not going to happen that way.
