Tonight’s Mets Lineup vs. Dodgers

Here is the Mets lineup going against Dodgers lefthanded pitcher Ted Lilly:

Angel Pagan – CF
Justin Turner – 2B
Carlos Beltran – RF
Ronny Paulino – C
Jason Bay – LF
Daniel Murphy – 3B
Ruben Tejada – SS
Lucas Duda – 1B
Mike Pelfrey – P

Angel Pagan is hitting better from the right side lately. Very happy to see Lucas Duda getting a start against a lefthander — he needs that experience. Though, with Jose Reyes unavailable I’m not sure what other option Terry Collins had.

  1. Joe says:

Harris could play 3rd and Murphy first.

    • Murph says:

On June 1st, the Mets lost 9-3 lost to the Pirates. Harris made a few miscues at 3B. After the game, Collins said, “Maybe I have to make some adjustments and, by God, they’ll be made. I don’t know if it comes to finding different players, but they’ll be made, something’s going to be changing”.

That was the last time Harris played 3B.
