Tonight’s Mets Lineup vs. Padres

Here is the lineup the Mets will send to bat against Padres pitcher Mat Latos:

1. Angel Pagan CF
2. Willie Harris 2B
3. David Wright 3B
4. Lucas Duda 1B
5. Jason Bay LF
6. Jason Pridie RF
7. Josh Thole C
8. Ruben Tejada SS
9. Dillon Gee P

Another day off for Justin Turner. Jason Pridie gets the start in RF ahead of Mike Baxter.

    Pridie just made a good play. He looks like a good fourth outfielder that some team might find a useful piece. I think it makes sense to put him out there to show other teams his value. If the Mets don’t keep him, they very well might get something for him. His ability to fill in for Pagan also showed his value.
