If you do drink and drive…
If you drank a little-to-moderate amount, take the breath test.
If you drank alot (like 3-4 LI Ice Teas), you may not want to take the breath test as the NY Legislature enhanced DWI charges for blood alcohol content readings .18 or above.
If you do refuse to take the test, be prepared to have your driving privileges revoked for one year.
Best advice: Get a designated driver if you’re going to consume alcohol.
