Quote of the Day: Klapisch on Dr. David Wright

It turns out Wright was smarter than any of the Mets’ doctors, certainly smarter than his manager, who thought it was safe to send the injured Reyes into action against the Braves this weekend.

Bob Klapisch’s greatest joy in life is to kick the Mets when they’re down. He must have had quite the chubby while composing this article.

as long as the wilpons own the team, i hope klapish keeps it coming. we deserve everything we get with these idiots if we sit by and accept it.

he’s right. I’m glad David said something about Reyes being hurt. He had no business playing..How ridiculous for him to only bat right handed..He was hurting the team and risking tearing the muscle…I am not just saying this now, I’ve been saying it for 2 weeks..bozos running this team’s medical decisions.

As I keep saying… this is all about keeping butts in the seats chowing shake shack and downing $9 czechvars. How many can YOU drink?!

Beltran is back! The Mets might trade for King Felix! There are still 6-ticket packs available! SNY Sportsnite, 11pm!!!!

Bernie took the Wilpons guys to the cleaners, they are looking for change in the sofas in the luxury boxes. Any chance we get the Russian billionaire interested in baseball?
