    Something to keep an eye on:

    How wet it might be, prior to game-time. If there’s any sort of question about how the outfield grass is going to be – in terms of slickness, then there’s no shot you’ll see Beltran playing tonight, IMHO.

    (All depends on the severity of the rain, though. May not rain another drop for all I know.)

    The Mets are so restricted with their bench. It’s so frustrating. They need to stop going with 13 pitchers. If the bullpen is being overworked, use the long reliever sometimes! I’m a huge fan of Terry Collins, but he’s not using the pitchers that can pitch more than one inning.

    Harvey looks good at high-A; should go to AA soon; in the rotation late next year?
