Tonight’s Mets Lineup vs. Marlins

Here is tonight’s Mets lineup facing Ricky Nolasco of the Florida Marlins:

Jose Reyes – SS
Josh Thole – C
Carlos Beltran – RF
Jason Bay – LF
Daniel Murphy – 1B
Justin Turner – 3B
Jason Pridie – CF
Ruben Tejada – 2B
Jonathon Niese – LHP

Justin Turner slides to third base in place of the injured David Wright, and Ruben Tejada — who had been playing shortstop in AAA Buffalo — starts at second base. Strangely, Tejada is batting 8th instead of the #2 spot that is customary for Mets second basemen. Question: why no Willie Harris against the righthander?
