    This is akin to a child killing his parents and getting their money for being an orphan because someone else killed his three siblings. Well, not quite, but it’s pretty dumb.

      The Izzy implosion caused me to throw up on my computer. Then I couldn’t finish tweeting and blogging. I’m still feeling sick over that comeback/giveback.

        That is the third time within one month that Isringhausen loaded the bases in the last inning. Last time through a walk, hbp and a hit. this time two walks and a hit. oh, and then allowing a walk to score. wtf? isn’t that pure ineptitude? i would not let him close a game again – let him retire with his 300 saves. shades of tom glavine’s performance 09/30/07 ascending from the pitcher’s mount?
