Kranepool Suing Hospital
OK, this has nothing to do with the 2008 Mets, but since it hasn’t been covered anywhere else, I’ll post it.
Ed Kranepool is suing the Long Island Jewish Medical Center for $2M for using his name, photo and quotes — and disclosing his medical information — without permission for a newsletter and direct mail campaign.
Kranepool had received shoulder surgery at the center after a ski injury last winter.
