David Wright hits for the New York Mets
If you are a parent, fan, coach, or player for a New York Little League team, and would like to have a chance to be one of the lucky recipients of the thousand-dollar donation, all you have to do is submit an essay on why you love baseball and why your team deserves new equipment.

All submissions must be sent by June 30, 2007 to WrightOn@nike.com.

This opportunity is a no-brainer for anyone involved in a NY Little League program — so send in your essay and root for D-Wright to hit some dingers!
